Bosses exploiting workers is a tale as old as time. If your boss has picked your pocket, pulled a fast one on your paystub, sexually harassed you, retaliated against you for engaging in protected activity, or unlawfully discriminated against you, Sam will stand up for your rights.

Landlord vs. Tenant

 

When workers go home, they turn into tenants. While Landlords might think they get to treat you like a peasant, you have the right to be free from unlawful discrimination and harassment, and you have a right to a habitable home, free of nuisances.

Civil Rights Law

 

Sam has experience representing survivors of right-wing, politically motivated violence. He has privately prosecuted perpetrators under civil rights laws such as the Ralph Act and the Bane Act, representing Black Lives Matter protesters subjected to right-wing violence.
